Our Quickstart Annual Retainer Program will give you up to 3 hours of legal advice over the course of a year for $1,000—a significant discount from our normal $525/hour rate. With this program, we will review your marketing materials, website, etc., for compliance with securities laws, assist in editing your company brochure, have teleconferences, and help you strategize your company, offering structure, etc. We won’t form companies or draft documents under this agreement, but we’ll review and help you edit the marketing documents that you draft. If you hire us to do a syndication with a fee of over $15,000 within the 12-month period of the agreement, we will credit the $1,000 toward your lump sum syndication legal fee. Additionally, our Annual Retainer clients get a 15-minute “Quick Hit Strategy Session” once a month during the course of the Annual Retainer agreement. The purpose of these calls is to hold you accountable for developing investor relationships and following up on property leads—all designed to help you achieve your syndication goals faster. The Quick Hit strategy sessions don’t count against your 3-hour QuickStart Annual Retainer.
