Do You Provide Securities Offering Document Templates?

Do You Provide Securities Offering Document Templates?

We don’t offer document templates. We provide reasonable, lump-sum fees for drafting our clients’ securities offering documents and helping them properly structure their companies, and we have many long-term returning clients. If you are looking for a “DIY” solution (which we don’t recommend), we’re not the right firm for you.

I liken this to changing the oil in my car; just because I know how to do it, doesn’t mean I should.

It’s best to leave certain things – like complex legal docs and brain surgery – to properly trained professionals who have the correct liability insurance and will back you up if something goes wrong. Securities litigators love people who draft their own docs, as they earn much more fixing problems than we do drafting them.
