Kim Lisa Taylor, Attorney
I wasn’t always an Attorney. Like many of my clients, I had a prior career; mine was as a professional geologist/environmental consultant. After 15 years, I decided it was time for a change and went to law school. When I got licensed in California in 2002, I practiced real estate and environmental law for awhile, and my husband and I started looking at real estate investing to create our nest egg.
My husband and I attended many multi-day real estate seminars and workshops taught by nationally known gurus including David Lindahl, Susan Lassiter Lyons, Scott Scheel, Robin Thompson, Eddie Speed, Dave Reynolds & Frank Rolfe, among others, and we became actively involved in several local real estate investment associations. We learned how to buy multi-family properties, mobile home parks, office buildings, retail shopping centers, self-storage, single family houses, real estate development projects and nonperforming notes.

In the course of my journey, I became a real estate investor too. I have been the managing partner in a high-end subdivision development joint venture on Lake Kewoee in South Carolina, a syndicator of an apartment complex in Columbus, Ohio, and have owned vacation rental properties in Cleveland and Saint Augustine, Florida.
I now regularly teach at real estate trading events ranging from 20 to 1,000 attendees. I have written the Amazon # 1 best-selling book “ How to Legally Raise Private Money” and host a successful podcast called “Raise Private Money Legally”.
Mola Bosland, Attorney
Mola Bosland is the Operations Director for Syndication Attorneys, PLLC and a trusted corporate securities attorney.
In her job as Operations Director, Mola shepherds clients through creation of their syndication and fund documents. After an initial deal structuring call, document production is delegated to our paralegals or law clerk. Mola keeps a close eye on status, reviews and responds to client comments and questions, and generally guides their documents through the editing and finalization process.

Over the past 5 years, Mola has made a name for herself in the securities world, helping numerous clients create viable real estate offerings and funds. She is patient, wise, and knowledgeable, and can guide you on your journey to setting up a successful syndicate or fund.
Mola’s previous legal experience includes real estate litigation and criminal litigation. If anyone can help you stay out of trouble, she can!
Additionally, she has participated in title examinations, title commitments, quiet title litigation, foreclosure litigation, homeowner association litigation, evictions, and commercial real estate closings, commercial lease agreements, drafting mortgages, notes, purchase agreements, reviewing property appraisals and surveys, negotiated lien mitigations, and attended code violations hearings.
Mola completed her law degree (J.D.) at the St. Thomas University School of Law. She then embarked on an advanced law degree (LLM) in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami School of Law. She also has a BA in English from Florida Atlantic University.
Michael Fugler, Attorney
Michael has planned, advised, managed, co-managed, underwritten and been a syndicate member or participant in hundreds of offerings, raising hundreds of millions of dollars for hundreds of clients, listing many on the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, over the counter and foreign exchanges in Europe and Asia.

Bishoy Habib, Attorney
Bishoy Habib is the Director of Commercial Real Estate Transactions for Syndication Attorneys. He helps Syndication Attorneys’ clients with negotiations and drafting of purchase and sale agreements and vendor agreements. He can represent borrowers or sellers with a review of loan documents, conveyance and transfer documents, negotiations with lender’s counsel, and title services. Bishoy is an active member of the Florida Bar and the New York Bar. He is also a licensed real estate Broker in Florida.

Bishoy has spent his entire 11-year legal career focused on real estate and financial transactions. Subsequently, he shifted his focus back to real estate, representing a wide array of real estate developers, builders, lenders, and real estate brokerages for all their legal needs. He has represented developers, syndicators/investors, and financial institutions in transactions totaling over $12 Billion to date.
Bishoy began his legal career in New York City, where he worked on commercial real estate transactions for a large hotel developer in Manhattan. When Bishoy moved back to Florida, he concentrated on finance law, representing local governments, banks, underwriters, bondholders and trustees in complex financings.
Outside of the legal profession, Bishoy enjoys playing sports and traveling. He also co-founded a sports event management company with high-profile clients such as Jameis Winston, Todd Gurley, Le’Veon Bell, DeSean Jackson and the North Carolina Men’s Basketball Team.
Sandra Bryant
Sandra Bryant is the Legal Administrator for Syndication Attorneys, PLLC. She earned her master’s degree in legal administration from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2017, at the top of her class. Prior to that she was a litigation paralegal for 20+ years, before moving into management for the past 10 years. Her experience in the legal industry is an invaluable asset to the Firm.
Because of her background in both management and client relations, she handles a variety of tasks. Not only does she work closely with Kim in running the business side of the Firm, she also takes care of our client’s SEC and Blue Sky filings, invoicing and day-to-day monitoring of client projects.

In her “spare” time, she loves to be creative in abstracting painting and home remodels. She is currently on her eighth remodel project. She is a hands-on tile setter, painter, and flooring installer. Her motto is to “first try to do it myself”. Although she says this is her last remodel, we will wait and see. She said that on her seventh project too. She is enjoying her journey and is grateful for the opportunity to not only assist in the growth of Syndication Attorneys, but to assist the Firm’s clients in achieving their dreams as well.
Charlene Standridge
Charlene Standridge is a Law Clerk/Business Development Associate for Syndication Attorneys, PLLC. Charlene earned her law degree in 2016 from Concord Law School. She has been with Syndication Attorneys, PLLC since its inception and is an invaluable client resource and staff member. Charlene is very knowledgeable about the firm’s products and services and is great at helping prospective clients identify their specific needs and offering solutions that make sense for them.
Currently, she provides direct support for the managing attorney, conducts initial consultation with clients for evaluation, organizes and maintains electronic case files, conducts legal research, and assists with any necessary documents for clients.

Dana Bisbee
Dana Bisbee is the Social Media Director for Syndication Attorneys. Dana creates, edits and posts all of Syndication Attorneys’ social media, podcast, and YouTube content.

Over the years, Cassia has honed her skills in a variety of marketing areas, including social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, systems architecture, and web development.
Despite her busy schedule, Cassia remains committed to staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and strategies. She regularly attends industry conferences, reads marketing blogs and publications, and participates in online marketing communities.
Christopher Guillet
Chris has a 40-year background in business, advertising, and marketing. In his advertising career, Chris worked as an account supervisor, art director, and copywriter for several world-class advertising agencies in Los Angeles. He also worked as a freelance marketing consultant for many top-tier companies. Clients have included Apple, Porsche, Aston Martin, Sheraton Hotels, Wynn Resorts, and numerous Indian Casinos. He often attends and helps man booths at events that the firm sponsors.
Melissa Salcedo
Melissa is an Administrative Assistant for Syndication Attorneys, PLLC. Melissa has a Business Administration background from working in a Real Estate firm where she found her interest in becoming an administrative assistant.
