Get a Coach to Guide and Cheer You to Success in 2018

What’s holding you back from making 2018 the year you go all in and become a syndicator?

Is one of these getting in your way:

  • A lack of deal flow
  • Lack of knowledge
  • Lack of confidence
  • Lack of investors

If you want to get past these or other barriers this year, my best advice is to get a coach! All of our most successful clients who have done more than one syndication are someone’s former coaching students. My husband and I had a coach when we first started out in multifamily investing, and I have coaches right now for my own small business.

If you want to learn a specific real estate investing strategy—get a real estate coach who specializes in that strategy. You have to get started somewhere, and it’s better to get advice from a pro than go it alone and make $100,000 mistakes—especially with other people’s money.

If you want to figure out how to develop a ready, willing and able group of investors that can fund your deals—or so you can invest OPM in other people’s deals—then give us a call and ask about our QuickHits Marketing Program.

Either way, find someone who can help you be accountable and get you on track to making 2018 your year to syndicate!
