In the course of my journey, I became a real estate investor too. I have been the managing partner in a high-end subdivision development joint venture on Lake Kewoee in South Carolina, a syndicator of an apartment complex in Columbus, Ohio, and have owned vacation rental properties in Cleveland and Saint Augustine, Florida.

I now regularly teach at real estate trading events ranging from 20 to 1,000 attendees. I have written the Amazon # 1 best-selling book “ How to Legally Raise Private Money” and host a successful podcast called “Raise Private Money Legally”.

Before focusing on corporate securities law, Mola’s legal career spanned real estate litigation and criminal defense, giving her a well-rounded perspective on risk mitigation and compliance. If anyone can help you stay out of troublewhile successfully raising capital, it’s her!

Jason’s expertise spans a variety of industries, including hospitality, bio-renewable energy, and agricultural technologies, with a particular focus on the spirits industry and emerging markets in Latin America. Alongside his legal background, Jason brings a deep understanding of these markets, blending strategic insight with practical execution. While a native English speaker, he is also conversational in Portuguese, which allows him to bridge language gaps for his clients.

Before his law career, Jason served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Unit Leader and Scout Sniper. This experience instilled in him discipline, focus, and a strong sense of leadership—qualities he brings to every client relationship.

When it comes to securities offerings, capital markets, and venture capital/private equity, Jason knows the ropes and delivers results.

Jason holds an MBA from Georgetown University, another MBA from Esade Business and Law School, and earned his law degree (J.D.), cum laude, from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky.

Michael’s hands-on, real-life experience sets him apart from other Investment Bankers, Attorneys and business consultants advising today’s entrepreneurs. His goal is to concisely and constructively solve problems, grow companies and guide entrepreneurs to their next level of success.

For decades, Michael practiced criminal, personal injury, international law, international trade and finance as well as securities law. In each of these areas he rose to prominence, successfully handling some of the highest profile cases in the country.

Michael can manage the entire capital raising process as well as create clearly focused new business strategies, structures and support by providing resources that deliver both practically and monetarily. Michael can advise on business development and any transaction strategy to help assess the strategic focus required. Michael can assist with financial engineering and contractual negotiations, mergers and acquisitions or he can manage an entire project. Michael brings together in-depth sector-specialized inside knowledge, experience and a comprehensive international network of resources.

Earlier in her career, Judith was named in a regulatory matter solely because of her supervisory position during another representative’s misconduct. She was fully cleared of all wrongdoing, and the matter was resolved in full. That experience deepened her dedication to ethical oversight, investor protection, and transparency within the financial services industry.

Today, Judith focuses on helping fund managers and small business owners implement compliant structures, strengthen internal controls, and maintain a culture of integrity in every aspect of their operations. Her extensive experience provides clients with both practical insight and seasoned judgment in navigating complex regulatory environments.

She is also the founder of an educational nonprofit for women’s financial literacy, a licensed TEDxWomen organizer, and the Vice Chair of her municipal Zoning Board of Adjustments.

In her “spare” time, she loves to be creative in abstracting painting and home remodels. She is currently on her eighth remodel project. She is a hands-on tile setter, painter, and flooring installer. Her motto is to “first try to do it myself”. Although she says this is her last remodel, we will wait and see. She said that on her seventh project too. She is enjoying her journey and is grateful for the opportunity to not only assist in the growth of Syndication Attorneys, but to assist the Firm’s clients in achieving their dreams as well.

Charlene worked as a sales representative in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 28 years. She is a collaborative communicator who continually builds relationships and promotes synergy across business lines and global units to drive positive change, cohesive, comprehensive business approaches, and enhanced profitability. For the last 3 years, Charlene has worked dual roles and worked for the Small Business Administration during the Covid-19 Pandemic. As a Paralegal Specialist, she has been a Team Lead for 20-25 Attorneys and Paralegals within the agency. She is very successful at leading and guiding the team to the agency’s objectives and making sure those in need receive the help they need.

Charlene continues to be dedicated to Syndication Attorneys, PLLC, and enjoys working with clients to drive their marketing needs and build their Syndication businesses.

Krisha also contributes to the firm’s visibility and thought leadership through live events, masterminds, and her role as podcast co-host. Her innovative ideas, sharp business acumen, and unwavering dedication to client care make her a vital force in Syndication Attorneys’ continued growth and excellence.

Additionally, Linda takes headshots, edits Syndication Attorneys articles, books, ads, and creates other marketing materials for the firm including flyers, brochures, and trade show booths.

Linda is a multi-skilled, veteran journalist with experience in reporting, editing, photography, design, digital content creation, sales & marketing, and management. She has worked for the Associated Press, major metro newspaper companies (including Cox, Scripps, Capital Cities/ABC), and niche real estate investment-oriented magazines, as well as her own design & editing agency.

Cassia’s love for marketing began during her college years, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in advertising art direction. Over the years, Cassia has honed her skills in a variety of marketing areas, including social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, systems architecture, and web development.

Despite her busy schedule, Cassia remains committed to staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and strategies. She regularly attends industry conferences, reads marketing blogs and publications, and participates in online marketing communities.

In addition to her marketing support, Melissa collaborates with the Legal Administrator on various projects, contributing to the efficiency and success of the firm. With her strong business background and hands-on experience, Melissa plays a key role in supporting the team’s day-to-day operations.
