Since syndicating his first multi-family property in 2009, Vinney has gone on to syndicate 26 multi-family properties ranging from 14 to 267 units. Currently, he controls 2,300 units. Vinney and his investment teams have successfully raised more than $70 million from private investors. He shares his insights about what beginning syndicators encounter.
